Heidi Van Buskirk: completed her Master of Professional Science Degree (MPS) in Marine Conservation at the Rosenstiel School in Spring 2020. Her MPS project focused on enhancing digital communications for NOAA's Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory in Miami, FL. Michelle Fernandez: completed her Master of Professional Science (MPS) degree in Marine Conservation at the Rosenstiel School in August 2022. Her MPS project focused on completing habitat baseline fish assessments for the Wahoo Bay SEAHIVE™ Project, a marine and estuarine shoreline protection system that employs an artificial structure to dissipate wave energy before it makes it to the shoreline. She is now earning her PhD at the Rosenstiel School in the Marine Biology & Ecology Department. Chelsea Begnaud: completed her Master of Professional Science (MPS) degree in Marine Conservation at the Rosenstiel School in August 2021.
